EcoTrapInXtra Waterless Urinal Technology at Indian Science Congress
Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurates the five-day annual Indian Science Congress at the Sri Venkateswara University in Tirupati says technology is key for growth.The prime minister to address the gathering of eminent scientists including Nobel laureates.
Six Nobel Prize winners from different countries such as the US, Japan, Israel, France and Bangladesh are taking part in the event besides about 14,000 scientists and scholars from across the country.

Winning Creativity and Innovation Award – India International Innovation Fair
We are honored to participate in and winning at India International Innovation Fair in International Exhibition Centre (BIEC) Bangalore, the Silicon Valley and startup capital of India. Our exhibition of EcoTrapIn Waterless Urinal, an awardee of Govt. Of India, Department of Science and Industrial Research (Ministry of Science and Technology) under PRISM scheme. The event organised by India Innovators Association is first of it’s kind innovation entrepreneurship forum that offer innovators of the world an unparalleled platform. EcoTrapIn waterless urinal technology that saves 1,67,900 liter of water per urinal per year, won bronze medal for high social impact water conservation and sanitation. People visiting our pavilion are curious to know more about such disruptive technology. The whole experience has been enthralling with take home appreciation and learning.
Government of India – Innovation Award
EcoTrapIn (patent applied) waterless urinal environment friendly (green) sanitation technology is awarded under PRISM (Promoting Innovations In Individuals, Start-Ups and MSMEs) scheme, aim at to recognise disruptive innovations which will enable to achieve the agenda of inclusive development. The product saves 1,67,900 litre of potable water per urinal per year which enhances hygiene and makes restroom dry germ free. It’s retrofit innovative design converts conventional urinal into waterless urinal thus has no shifting cost. Government Department of Scientific and Industrial Research recognise the need of hour technology, to benefit people and society at large. The support of PRISM scheme helped in development of EcoTrapInXtra, an advanced 3rd version.
